Glass Virtuoso: We’re All About The Glass

Hello everyone.

It has been a busy week for me. New jobs and general messing around and, of course, lampworking. But I don't think that there is much to say that I haven't already old u peeps, so I might just ramble on like an old deaf geezer who doesn't give a crap about anyone listening. I would tell u all about the process of making marbles, but I already have. Repeating pages of content would b a pointless waste, so go here. The marbles I made this week were focused mostly on implosions, the general idea being sucking long fingers of wildly vibrant colored glass into a clear sphere. They're bloody dead hard to get right and even deader to get a deep implosion. But I toiled at it anyway cuz I'm kinda ornery like that. However, I only made 3 or 4 because they take a long time and other nuts kept hogging the torch… The more marbles that I make and see, the more I just want to make them. The complexity and detail are amazing and the challenge of reaching such heights appeals to the Francisco Pizarro in me. But I also feel like I will never reach such heights cuz Ima ignerent newb. Aaaah well… Only time will tell. I would have pictures of the past week's bounty, but I haven't taken any pictures nor do I want to. I will wait until I can display all of them at once from several weeks. Come the next update, I'll b pimping, erm, I mean… showing all my marbles. But to keep all u adoring fans from jumpig up and down like crazed rabies infested monkeys and destroying ur computers, I do have some lovely implosions to show u.
